About this event
McDonalds Queensway and Lanarkshire Climate Action Hub will be visiting Kirktonholme Primary School to talk rubbish! During the festival, they will be teaming up to share information on:
- recycling at home in South Lanarkshire
- how McDonalds packaging is sorted in store, what happens to it next and why
On the day there will also be a showcase of innovative creations. Prior to the event, the pupils will be given excess McDonalds packaging and will be asked to create something new. The creations will be assessed and the most innovative ideas will win a prize!
This event will take place at Kirktonholme Primary School, East Kilbride.
This is a closed event for P6 pupils from the school.
