Join Heart of the Junction CIC for a delightful jam making session focused on food processing techniques that help reduce food waste by utilising excess fruits. All ages welcome - children must be accompanied by an adult.
What to bring:
- Your choice of fruits - the more, the merrier
- Any additional ingredients you may like to include (sugar, spices etc)
- Aprons and kitchen utensils you prefer
Jars will be provided.
This event will take place at the Wooden Hut (behind Station Apartments), Strawfrank Road, Carstairs, ML11 8PP
