About this event

Join ISKCON Scotland at Krishna Eco Farm in Lesmahagow for a relaxed and inspiring day focused on nature, sustainability, and local climate action. Take part in the full experience or just join the activities that interest you most. All are welcome, and a free vegan/vegetarian meal is included.

Activities available on the day include:

  • Alpaca Walk - enjoy a peaceful, guided walk with alpacas an uplifting way to connect with nature and spark mindful reflection.
  • Eco Farm Tour - see sustainable living in action with a guided tour showcasing organic gardening, composting, water conservation, and renewable energy.
  • Interactive Climate Conversations - take part in relaxed, thought-provoking discussions about values, climate action, and everyday changes that make a difference.
  • Free Vegan/Vegetarian Meal - end your day with a delicious vegan/vegetarian meal using some of the vegetables and fruit grown at the farm. An easy, tasty way to explore climate-friendly eating while connecting with others.

This event will take place at ISKCON Scotland, Krisna Eco Farm, Karuna Bhavan, Bankhouse Road, Lesmahagow, ML11 0ES.

About the organiser

ISKCON Scotland is a charity dedicated to caring for people and the planet. Fuelled by the dedication of their volunteers, ISKCON serve two main aims: 1) to improve people’s lives physically, emotionally and spiritually and 2) to help our planet and the environment. 

They distribute free plant-based food to people who are homeless or on low incomes. They also promote good physical, emotional and mental health through meditation, yoga and other well-being events and retreats.
