About this event

The People’s Emergency Briefing is a nationally coordinated film and discussion initiative exploring the climate and nature crisis and what it means for communities, services and long term resilience.

Hosted by Chris Packham CBE, the film brings together leading UK experts in climate science, health, food security, economics, national security and nature. It includes footage from the landmark National Emergency Briefing held in Westminster for MPs and peers, and presents a clear, evidence based overview of the risks facing everyday life in Britain.

The initiative is explicitly non partisan and is supported by a wide range of national and local organisations.

There will be other showings across the area for those who can’t make this date.

Suitable for ages 16+

This event will be held at Crawford Village Hall, 100 Carlisle Road, Crawford, ML12 6TW. Doors open at 7.15pm; film begins at 7.30pm.

Booking is required. Secure your spot via TicketTailor.
